Vintage Gold-Toned & Garnet Shell Pillbox

A dazzlingly detailed snail shell motif is topped off with a garnet cabochon, bringing sparkle to this treasure-box. Use it to hold daily vitamins, a pair of beloved earrings, or secrets.
